What is love?

Love "is a profoundly tender, passionate affection for another person."

But what gets people so hooked on love? Is it the thrill and excitment? The change to try something new? The sexual desire for the opposite sex?

Me, I've had my experience in the love department. But have I truly felt love? I've read about it, watched it, heard it.. but have never experienced it.

I have four goals in life:

1) Find a true love

2) Believe that there is a true love

3) Hold on to that true love

All of which, as you may see, contain LOVE. I must admit- I have joined the obsession of the twilight-bella-edward love affair, but is it the kind of thing that is only written in fairytale stories?

I am determained to find out, and will keep a journal of everything until it comes.
